The Meetings Industry Council of Colorado is disappointed to announce the cancellation of the 2021 Serving Up Hope event on November 2, 2021.

While table and individual ticket sales have been strong this year, the Serving Up Hope committee had a difficult time finding restaurants and hotels able to donate the staff and food it takes to put on this event.  Organizations that have traditionally supported Serving Up Hope for years simply don’t have the resources to do so in 2021.

Many groups that bought tables and individual tickets allowed the SUH committee to pass what they paid on to the Food Bank of the Rockies.
